Joanna bell/Creative Services Manager
Joanna is a graduate of West Virginia University. She has been with DCA for 9 years. In her time at DCA, she has been part copywriter, part graphic designer. She is also charged with organizing client jobs and keeping the team on track with daily meetings.
Lisa cooper dudney/Vice President of Account Services
Lisa partners closely with all aspects of client accounts and sales for the agency. She is responsible for strategic direction and planning, account management and implementation of client marketing campaigns. An alumnus of California University of Pennsylvania, she achieved both her Masters and Bachelors in Business Administration, Management and Marketing Communications. She brings over 25 years of marketing and sales experience providing knowledge and insight on how best to support a business with their advertising and marketing needs.

Chad Gutermuth/chief creative officer
Chad has over 19 years in the creative industry. He previously worked for agencies in New Jersey, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh developing campaigns for clients like Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos, Trump Casinos, St. Barnabas Health Care Systems, Trib Total Media and Tropicana Resort and Casino. Chad became the Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner of Distinct Advertising. He is an alumnus of West Virginia University with a Masters of Science in Public Relations and Graphic Design. His responsibilities lie in leading the creative team and developing creative campaigns that fit into strategic plans.
Lori has been in media ad sales for over 25 years. While the landscape has shifted dramatically in broadcast, print and online over those years, she delivers a special expertise in driving messages to the most relevant audiences. Her passion for numbers drives her to immediate results for all of our clients.
Carroll Quinn/chief operating officer
Carroll brings over 35 years of experience in the newspaper and television industries. Having a deep history of brand building recognition for the Baltimore Sun, the Chicago Tribune and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, he knows what it takes to get noticed in large metro markets. His time as VP of Operations with Comcast Corporation.
todd shultz/Creative director
Todd attended Fairmont State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, focusing on Design and Journalism. Todd’s previous advertising, design and development background includes 20+ years and several advertising agencies, as well as CRM software companies. Working with clients like Coca-Cola, John Deere, Kellogg’s, Mobil, US Army, Nextel and Chevron, he created websites, developed CRM software and applied multimedia training tools. Todd brings keen technical experience when it comes to marketing, design and development.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Video Effects and Motion Graphics from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Zach’s talents as a creative professional include motion graphics, videography, and all types of visual editing and production. He has 12 years of ad agency experience, and has been a member of the team since 2010.
